Google Play (Third Party) Billing
If you cannot update your payment information by going to the ABCmouse My Account page in the Parent Section, you may be billed through Google Play, one of ABCmouse's third party billing partners. This can be confirmed by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account > Billing page. Some third parties may have specific restrictions in place.
Google Play-billed subscribers can update their payment information on Google Play using a computer or an OS device.
Computer
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Google Play Account.
- Click Edit payment methods.
- It will redirect to the pay.google.com account.
- On the left, click Payment methods.
- Under the payment method that needs editing, click Edit.
- Make the updates and click Update.
The payment method will be updated and can now be selected when buying something on Google Play.
Android
Follow the steps below:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap the profile icon located on the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions

- If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
- Under the payment method needing removal, tap Edit.
- Make your changes.
- Tap Update.
