- Go to Settings.
- Select Device Options.
- Select System Updates.
- Select Check now.

Uninstall/Reinstall the ABCmouse app:
- Go to More > Applications > Installed Applications > select ABCmouse > and tap Uninstall.
- Power cycle your device by turning it off for one (1) minute.
- Go to the Kindle Apps Store and reinstall ABCmouse.
- Clear app cache and data:
- Open the Settings menu.
- Select Apps & Notifications.
- Select Manage All Applications or See all...apps and choose the ABCmouse app.
- Select Storage, tap to Clear Data or Clear Storage, then Clear Cache.
- Manage the Profile Settings in Amazon Kids:
