If you'd like to know when your ABCmouse subscription will renew and when your payment method will be billed, you can find your Upcoming Charge date (your next scheduled billing date) in your ABCmouse program Settings at any time.
The Membership Details page displays your next scheduled charge date, current subscription plan, and payment information. Follow the steps below to locate these important subscription details..
- From the ABCmouse home screen (app or web), click on the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
Enter your year of birth for parent verification.
On the Settings page, select Manage My Account.
On the Manage Account page that opens, scroll down until you see your Membership Details and click on the arrow next to your ABCmouse plan to view your billing details.
Multiple subscriptions: If you have more than one subscription associated with your ABCmouse account, such as the Assessment Center, each subscription will appear separately in the Membership Details section. Select the subscription you want to review to see its billing information.
The Membership Details screen shows your Payment Method, your next billing date, which is listed as Upcoming Charge, your Last Payment date, and buttons Cancel or Pause (if monthly) your membership.
App Store Billing: If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, the billing date displayed by ABCmouse may not reflect billing information maintained by those providers. You may need to review your subscription details directly through Apple or Google Play.
Cancel Before the Upcoming Charge Date
To prevent future billing for this ABCmouse subscription, make sure you complete the cancellation process before the Upcoming Charge date listed above. Subscription renewals are processed automatically on the scheduled billing date.Monthly subscriptions will also have a Pause option to delay the next billing date from one to three months.
If you have an Assessment Center subscription listed here, you will need to cancel that separately.
Multiple emails? Also please note that it is possible you could have an active subscription not listed here if you created the account under a different email address.
