ABCmouse works across multiple devices and platforms, making it easy for children to learn at home or on the go. With one ABCmouse subscription, your child can use the ABCmouse app on supported mobile devices or log in through a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer. How ABCmouse Works Across Devices
ABCmouse is designed to keep everything connected to your child’s profile. This means your child can start learning on one device and continue later on another.
When your child logs in:
- Learning Path progress is saved automatically
- Avatar changes stay the same
- My World updates (such as adding a fish to the Aquarium) appear on every device
As long as your child logs in using the same profile, their experience will be consistent across the app and the web version.
Supported Devices and Platforms
You can access ABCmouse in two ways: through the ABCmouse app or through a web browser.
Mobile Devices (App)
The ABCmouse app is available on supported tablets and phones from the following platforms:
Desktop and Laptop Computers (Web Browser)
ABCmouse can also be used on desktop and laptop computers by logging in through a supported web browser.
Switching Between the App and the Web Version
ABCmouse is incredibly flexible, allowing your kids to access the program from computers and mobile devices seamlessly, using whatever works best for them at the time.
For example, your child can:
- Start a Learning Path activity on a tablet and finish it later on a computer
- Customize an Avatar in the app and see the same Avatar on the web
- Add items to My World on one device and find them waiting on another
No extra steps are needed. Simply log in with the same child profile, and everything will be there.
Using Multiple Child Profiles
Each ABCmouse subscription allows for up to three children to have their own profiles.
With multiple profiles:
- Each child has their own Learning Path and progress
- Children can customize their own Avatars and My World
- Multiple children can play at the same time on different devices
Please note:
- Each child must use their own profile
- Multiple children cannot log in and play on the same profile at the same time
Good to Know
- One subscription works across supported mobile devices and computers
- Progress and customizations are tied to the child’s profile, not the device
- Logging out and back in on a different device will not reset or erase progress
