How do I update my Apple payment information?

Apple (Third Party) Billing

If you cannot update your payment information by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account page, you may be billed through Apple, one of ABCmouse's third party billing partners. This can be confirmed by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account> Billing page. Some third parties may have specific restrictions in place. 

Apple-billed subscribers can update their payment information on the Apple website using a computer or a mobile iOS device.

Computer

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Apple App Store.
2. Select Account.
3. Select View My Account.
4. You will be asked to sign in.
5. Select Manage Payments next to Payment Information.
6. Make the necessary edits to the payment method.
7. Click Done to save the changes.

iPhone or iPad

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select your [profile name].
3. Select iTunes & App Stores.
4. Tap your Apple ID.
5. Select View Apple ID, and sign in, if prompted.
6. Tap Manage Payments.
7. Add or update the payment method.
