Apple (Third Party) Billing
If you cannot update your payment information by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account page, you may be billed through Apple, one of ABCmouse's third party billing partners. This can be confirmed by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account> Billing page. Some third parties may have specific restrictions in place.
Apple-billed subscribers can update their payment information on the Apple website using a computer or a mobile iOS device.
Computer
Follow these steps:
- Open the Apple App Store.
- Select Account.
- Select View My Account.
- You will be asked to sign in.
- Select Manage Payments next to Payment Information.
- Make the necessary edits to the payment method.
- Click Done to save the changes.
iPhone or iPad
Follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select your [profile name].
- Select iTunes & App Stores.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Select View Apple ID, and sign in, if prompted.
- Tap Manage Payments.
- Add or update the payment method.
