In addition to the minimum system requirements listed above, we do not officially support touchscreen Window's devices. This refers to:
- Touchscreen laptops
- Touchscreen desktops
- 2-in-1 laptop tablet combo devices
- Window's tablet devices
While these devices are capable of running ABCmouse, they may encounter various technical issues we are unable to resolve at the moment. If you are using a device of this nature and encounter an issue with the touchscreen component, a mouse and/or trackpad may be used instead.
