Yes! If you cancel your ABCmouse subscription and later reactivate it using the same email and login, your child’s learning progress, profile, Learning Path, and ticket balance will be saved. This article explains how ABCmouse stores and restores user data, progress tracking, and account information after cancellation. You can resubscribe anytime without losing saved educational activities, achievements, or records. Learn how to keep your child’s ABCmouse learning experience uninterrupted after reactivation.
ABCmouse has processes in place to help ensure that, after you cancel your subscription, ABCmouse only retains that information that it needs to provide and improve its services. In connection with providing and improving the services, ABCmouse may save information such as how far a child progressed on the Step-by-Step Learning Path, for example, to understand how challenging the Learning Path is for children or if it can be improved. ABCmouse may also save information such as items that have been earned or purchased.
We also retain information for other reasons stated in our privacy policy, including to prevent fraud or, if necessary, to respond to what we believe to be a lawful request from a law enforcement agency or other regulatory authority.
ABCmouse will only retain any artwork that was created and stored in the My Work area for six months following cancellation, so that you may have access to them should you choose to reactivate your account within that time. After six months, this artwork will be deleted.
For more information on how ABCmouse handles your information, see our privacy policy.
