Clearing your browser cache on a regular basis helps with stability and performance when using ABCmouse. For steps on clearing the cache, select the browser you’re using from the list below:
Chrome
Mac and Windows
- At the top-right, click More (three vertical dots or an arrow icon pointing up, depending on your browser version).
- Click More tools.
- Click Clear browsing data....
- Select a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Edge
Windows
- Click the Hub icon (star with three horizontal lines).
- Click History in the left panel.
- Select Clear History.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
- It's okay to leave everything else unchecked.
- Click Clear.
Firefox
Mac
- Click the History menu at the top of the screen.
- Select Clear Recent History....
- In the drop-down for Time range to clear:, select Everything.
- Check off the box for Cache.
- It's okay to leave everything else unchecked.
- Click Clear Now to confirm.
- Restart or refresh Firefox.

- Select History.
- Select Clear Recent History....
