Clearing your browser cache on a regular basis helps with stability and performance when using ABCmouse Classic. For steps on clearing the cache, select the browser you’re using from the list below:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Edge
• Safari

Google Chrome

1. In the top-right corner, click the three dots menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to Privacy and Security.
4. Click Clear browsing data.
5. Choose a time range (we recommend All time).
6. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
7. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. In the top-right corner, click the three-line menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to Privacy & Security.
4. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
5. Check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
6. Click Clear.
