Clearing your browser cache on a regular basis helps with stability and performance when using ABCmouse Classic. For steps on clearing the cache, select the browser you’re using from the list below:
Google Chrome
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy and Security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range (we recommend All time).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- In the top-right corner, click the three-line menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Choose a time range (we recommend All time).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari in the menu bar.
- Select Preferences.

- Click Remove All.
