If you need to update the email address or password used for ABCmouse Classic, you can reset your credentials from the program's Account Information page within the Parent Section. You can also use this Password Reset tool if you forgot your password and you can't log in.

If You Can Log In
If you are logged in to ABCmouse Classic and want to edit your account information, use the following steps to update your email address and/or password:
- Select the Gear icon at the top-right of the screen.
- Select the Parent Section icon.
- Click/tap the My Account panel.
- Select Account Information.
- Select the arrow > button next to the email address or password.
- When the menu expands, enter your new email address or new password.
- Select the blue Done button in the lower right corner to save your changes.
If You Can't Log In
Forgot the email address used for your account?
To find the email address on file for your ABCmouse Classic account, we will need you to provide some of the payment information associated with your subscription. Simply go to our Recover My Email tool, click on your payment method, and enter the required information.
Purchased your subscription with the Amazon App Store, Apple or Google Play?
The Recover My Email tool cannot detect subscriptions purchased via a third party, such as the Google, Apple, Amazon, or Samsung app stores. In this case, you can click on the Help icon in the lower-right corner of this page and use our automated Chat system to find the email for your account.
Forgot your Password?
If you need to reset your password, please go to our Forgot Password tool, enter the email address used for ABCmouse Classic, and click Request Reset Link to have an email sent to you with instructions on resetting your password.
Password Requirements:
- Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
- It can be either letters or a combination of both numbers and letters.
- No special characters or capitalization are required.
Do children need their own a password?
No, kids do not use their own username and password. Each ABCmouse Classic subscription can only use one email address and one password to log in. You are allowed up to three individual Child Profiles that can be accessed simultaneously from separate devices, but each account uses only one email address and one password to log in.
