If you subscribed to ABCmouse through the website using a credit card or PayPal, you cannot switch directly between monthly and annual plans within your account.

To change your subscription plan, you will need to cancel your current plan and then resubscribe to your preferred plan once your current term ends. Cancelling your subscription will not delete your ABCmouse account or any completed activities. You can log in and resubscribe at any time.
Switching Plans on the ABCmouse Website
If you subscribed through the ABCmouse website:
Cancel your current subscription in your account.
Wait until your current subscription term ends.
Resubscribe to the monthly or annual plan of your choice.
Important Note
Cancelling your subscription will not delete your account, any completed activities, or profiles. You can come back and reactivate your subscription whenever you like.
Switching Plans in the App Stores
If you purchased your subscription through your device’s app store, please follow the appropriate steps:
On Apple devices:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select ABCmouse 2 from the list.
- If available, choose the monthly or annual plan you'd like to switch to.
If no other options appear, you may need to cancel your current plan and resubscribe after it ends to choose a different one.
On Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select ABCmouse.
- If other plan options are shown, you can choose to switch.
