How and where you can access your ABCmouse billing information and make any needed changes, such as updating your credit card number, depends on how and where you subscribed. There are two primary ways you may have subscribed to ABCmouse:
You signed up directly with us from the ABCmouse.com website. In this case, we control your billing information, which you can verify and change from within the ABCmouse app. You can see your payment method, upcoming charge, and last payment.
You downloaded the ABCmouse app from an App Store—Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Samsung— then subscribed from within the app. In this case, the App Store you downloaded it from will control your billing information, and you will need to verify that information, make any changes, or cancel from your App Store (Apple, Google, Amazon, Samsung). Find App Store Billing Support links below.
Below are the simple steps to check who you has your billing information. If billed directly by us, you'll be able to access and change billing and payment information within the ABCmouse program. Simply follow these steps:
Open the ABCmouse app.
Click on the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
On the Settings page, select Manage My Account.
You’ll be redirected to the Manage Account page on the ABCmouse website. Scroll down until you see your Membership Details.
If you see your ABCmouse plan listed as Monthly, Annual, Yearly, or Semi-Annual, this means your subscription is managed directly by ABCmouse (not one of the App Stores).
Click on the arrow next to your ABCmouse plan to view billing details.

The Membership Details box highlights your plan details: Payment Method, Upcoming Charge, and Last Payment. There is not a full transaction history but the date and amount of your last payment will be listed here.
To update your billing information click the Change button and enter new payment details.
Note: You can change the details of your chosen payment method—for example, change from one credit card to another—but you cannot change the payment type. For example, if you are paying with Apple Pay, you cannot remove Apple Pay. You would need to update the credit card linked to Apple Pay from that app.
