If you're unable to access the Google Play Store on your device, you can still manage your subscription using the Google Play website. This is helpful if your device is lost, broken, or no longer compatible.
To manage your subscription through the web:
- Go to the Google Play Subscriptions page.
- Sign in with the Google Account you used to start the subscription.
- From here, you can:
- View your current subscriptions
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
- Reactivate a cancelled subscription (if available)
Tip: If you're not sure which Google account you used, try checking your email inboxes for the subscription confirmation from Google Play.
