If you've recently updated your card details for your ABCmouse account but are still seeing a message prompting you to update your payment method, it can be frustrating. This may happen for several reasons, and we’ve outlined some solutions below.
One common reason is an outstanding renewal payment. If your monthly or yearly payment is currently due, ABCmouse may continue to display the "Update Payment Method" message until the updated card is successfully charged. After entering your new card details, please allow a few days for the system to process the payment. Once the charge goes through, the prompt should disappear automatically.
Additionally, please check that the last four digits of your updated card are different from the previous card on file. You can verify this by reviewing your card details in the Billing section of your My Account page. ABCmouse only displays the last four digits of the card number, which should help confirm that the card information was successfully updated.
