If you need to update your billing information for your ReadingIQ account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to ReadingIQ using the parent profile.
- If you're currently in a child profile, switch to the parent profile by:
- Clicking on My Shelf in the child profile.
- Selecting Settings.
- Once you're in the Settings menu, choose Manage Account.
- From there, you'll be able to update your billing details as needed.
Note: If you're unable to locate the Manage Account option or encounter any issues while updating your billing information, please ensure you're logged in under the parent profile. The Manage Account section is only accessible from the parent profile, not the child profile.
