Need to update your billing information for ReadingIQ? This guide provides step-by-step instructions to ensure your payment details are current, maintaining uninterrupted access to ReadingIQ's vast library.
To update your billing information for your ReadingIQ account, please follow these steps from your app or the website:
- Log in to ReadingIQ using the parent profile.
- If you're currently in a child profile, switch to the parent profile:
- Click on My Shelf in the child profile.
- Select the gear icon / Settings.
- From the Settings screen, select Manage Account.
- From the Manage Account screen, select Billing Information.
- From there, you'll be able to update your billing details as needed.
If you are looking to change your subscription (for example from monthly to annual) rather than change billing information, or you wish to cancel your ReadingIQ subscription, click Manage Subscription from the Manage Account screen.
Note: If you're unable to locate the Manage Account option or encounter any issues while updating your billing information, please ensure you're logged in under the parent profile. The Manage Account section is only accessible from the parent profile, not the child profile.
