How do I change my PayPal payment information on ABCmouse Classic?

Here are step-by-step instructions showing how to update your PayPal payment information.

Please note that you will be directed to the PayPal website in order to update your payment information. Once completed, you will be returned to ABCmouse Classic for confirmation.

Update PayPal Information

1. Click the Gear icon at the top of your screen.
2. Select the Parent Section icon.
3. Enter your account password to access the Parent Homepage.
4. Select My Account.
    
5. Select Billing to view and update the payment method.
6. Select the PayPal tab. 
7. Select the Go to PayPal link.
   • You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you'll need to change your billing information there. 
8. Once you completed changing your billing information. PayPal will redirect back to ABCmouse Classic for confirmation.
