How do I redeem a Groupon code?
To redeem a promotional code issued by Groupon, please see the following instructions:
- Click here to redeem a Groupon code.
- Type your Groupon Code in the box.
- Please note that the code issued by Groupon is not valid for returning or existing ABCmouse subscribers.

Once submitted, you will be required to fill in your payment information and register for your monthly subscription with ABCmouse.
How do I redeem a code?
If you have a gift code from when gift memberships were available that hasn't been redeemed yet, or a code from Customer Care, see the information below on how to redeem it.
Redeeming a code will vary depending on if you're a new member or an existing subscriber to ABCmouse.
New Members
If you're a new member and would like to redeem a code, please see the steps below:
- Click here to redeem a code.
- Select the New Members option under Redeem a Code.
- Follow the prompts to apply your code.
Existing Subscribers
You can also redeem ABCmouse code directly to your subscription.
If you're an existing subscriber and would like to redeem a code, please see the steps below:
- Click here to redeem a code.
- Select the Existing Members option under Redeem a Code.
- Follow the prompts to apply your code to your subscription.
Please note that applying a code to an active subscription does not automatically cancel the subscription. The codes extend access and once the code duration has expired, the subscription billing will resume until cancelled.
