Try Refreshing the App
Sometimes, a simple refresh is all it takes. Close and reopen the app to see if the hamster reappears in its habitat. If you're using the browser version, refresh the page.
Check Around My Hamster Area
The hamster might be hiding in one of the connected tubes or enclosed spaces in the cage. Tap on the tubes or cage areas —this often helps reveal where the hamster is playing or resting.
Switch Mazes
Your child can purchase and switch between multiple mazes. If any hamsters appear to be missing, try switching to a different maze—this often helps them show up again.

Follow the steps below to switch mazes or purchase a new one:
Tap the location icon in the top right corner of the My Hamster screen.
Use the up and down arrows that appear to browse the available maze.
If you’ve already purchased a maze, it will be named Hamster Maze 1 (or the next number for additional mazes).
When you want a new maze you want, tap the Buy Now button.
The cost will be shown in in-game tickets (e.g., 100 tickets). Confirm the purchase to add the new maze.
