Deleting your ABCmouse 2 account will permanently remove access to your features, preferences, and history. If you'd prefer to use your account until the end of your current subscription, we recommend cancelling instead. If you're ready to stop using ABCmouse 2, follow this guide to fully remove your account.
A few things to note if you decide to delete your ABCmouse 2 account:

If your membership is currently active, please make sure to cancel your account first. Following cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once this period concludes, you can then proceed with requesting data deletion.
- You cannot undo a deletion request once it's submitted.
- Once your account is permanently deleted, you must sign up for a new account if you want to use ABCmouse 2 again.
To proceed with your deletion request:
After cancelling your account, please complete the appropriate data deletion form based on your location.
- If you are a resident of the U.S., please fill out this form.
- If you are outside of the U.S., please fill out this form.
Once you have filled out all the required information in the form, make sure to click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to send the form successfully. You will then receive a verification email; please respond to ensure the completion of the request.
You will receive a confirmation email when your deletion request has been processed.
