If you subscribed to ABCmouse through Google Play and are billed by Google, you’ll need to cancel through the Google Play app. Follow these steps:

Open the Google Play app.

Tap your profile icon (top right corner).

Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Choose ABCmouse.

Tap Cancel subscription.

Follow the prompts to confirm.
Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Important: These steps only apply if Google Play bills you directly.
If you signed up through ABCmouse with a credit card or PayPal, cancel directly in the ABCmouse app under the Parent Section. You can follow the steps here: Cancel Subscription
