1. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation from ABCmouse.
Confirmation emails are always sent automatically upon successful cancellation
2. Check your subscription status:
Log in to your ABCmouse Account page and look under Membership to view your subscription details.
If your subscription status says:

Next Billing Date
Your account is still active.

Your Subscription is About to Cancel or Reinstate Your Subscription
This means your cancellation was successful.
If you're still seeing charges, you may have created another ABCmouse account by accident.
If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, or Amazon, you'll need to view your details and cancel through that platform.
