Editing Email or Password in Your Account

Keeping your ABCmouse 2 account information up to date is important for secure access and uninterrupted learning.

This article will show you how to change your login credentials—including updating your email address or password—through the Parent Dashboard. You’ll also find troubleshooting tips if you’re unable to log in.

🔐 Note: You must be logged in to your account to edit your email or password. If you're unable to log in, Use “Forgot Password?” tool → reset link via email.

1. Open the ABCmouse 2 app.
   
   
   
    
2. Click on the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
   
   
   
   
    
3. Tap the gear icon located in the bottom-lower corner of the screen.
   
   
   
    
4. If prompted with the question, "What year were you born?", enter the required information to proceed.
   
   
   
    
5. From the Settings page, choose Manage My Account. 
   
   
   
    
6. You’ll be redirected to the Manage Account page on the ABCmouse website, where you can update your email address or password.
