Your Apple subscription receipt can help you confirm which Apple ID was used for your ABCmouse 2 subscription. This is useful if you’re unsure which account is being billed or can’t locate the subscription under your Apple ID.
How to Find Your Apple Receipt
Search your email inbox for “Apple receipt” or “ABCmouse 2.”
If the receipt shows a different Apple ID, sign in with that Apple ID and check Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions again.
If You Don’t See an Apple Receipt
If you cannot find a receipt from Apple, your subscription may have been purchased directly through ABCmouse 2 instead of the App Store.

Good to Know
Apple receipts are emailed to the address linked to your Apple ID. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see one.
Apple manages billing for subscriptions purchased through the App Store; ABCmouse 2 cannot provide Apple billing receipts.
