If you’d like to remove billing information from your ABCmouse account, cancelling your subscription is the only way to do so. Cancelling your account will prevent any future charges, and once your subscription is fully inactive, your billing information will be removed from our systems.
Our system requires billing details for active subscriptions to facilitate automatic renewals and ensure uninterrupted access to ABCmouse content. Because the service depends on recurring billing, we cannot remove billing information while a subscription remains active.
Please note that our Customer Service team is unable to remove payment methods from your account directly. However, if you wish to continue using ABCmouse and need to update your payment information, you can add a new payment method to your account before your current billing period ends.
