We are actively investigating an issue that has been reported by some ABCmouse users on mobile devices: the Ticket Restriction setting is not working.

Issue: When some users enable Ticket Restriction to prevent their child from spending Tickets on ABCmouse, they can still use Tickets to purchase items without being required to enter a password.

- Recommendation: This Ticket Restriction issue has only been reported by a small number of users on mobile devices. So, if this issue is affecting you and you have a desktop or laptop computer, we recommend that option for using ABCmouse.
