Updating Billing Information: Subscribed via the Original ABCmouse App

If your ABCmouse 2 access comes from an original ABCmouse subscription, your billing details are managed in the original ABCmouse app. You must update billing information through the original app or website and not within ABCmouse 2. Here’s how:

How to Update Billing Information

1. Log in to the original ABCmouse app using your parent account credentials; this is required for managing billing.
   
   
2. Click/tap the Gear icon at the top of your screen.
   
   
    
3. Select the Parent Section icon.
   
   
   
    
4. Select My Account.
   
   
   
    
5. Select Billing to view and update the payment method.
   
   
    
6. Depending on how your subscription is billed, you’ll see one of the following options:

   • Edit: Tap this option to update your credit card details directly in the app.
     
     
     
      

   • PayPal tab: Select this to be redirected to the PayPal website to manage your payment method.
     
     
      

   • Paddle message: If your subscription is billed through Paddle, you'll see a message that says:

     "Your ABCmouse subscription is currently being handled through Paddle. To manage your ABCmouse subscription, please visit the Paddle website here."

   • Tap the “here” link in the message to go to your personalised Paddle page, where you can securely update your payment method.  You do not need to log in to Paddle. The link is unique to your account and automatically grants access to your subscription management page.
     
     
     
7. Select Done to save changes.
   

If the Billing Page Does Not Load

In some cases, the Parent Homepage may appear blank when opened in the ABCmouse app. If that happens:

1. Go to www.ABCmouse.com on a desktop or laptop computer.

2. Log in with your parent account credentials.

3. Open the Parent Section to update your billing details.

Note: Mobile browsers (like Safari or Chrome on a phone) are not supported for billing updates. You will be redirected back to the app.

Good to Know

• Billing updates for ABCmouse 2 linked accounts must always be made in the original ABCmouse app or website.

• ABCmouse 2 itself does not display billing information, since your subscription is tied to the original program.
