If you subscribed to ABCmouse directly from our ABCmouse.com website and are billed by us, you can update your billing information in just a few steps within the ABCmouse app. Please note, however, that you can change the details of your chosen payment method—for example, change from one credit card to another—but you cannot change the payment type. For example, if you are paying with Apple Pay, you cannot remove Apple Pay. You would need to update the credit card linked to Apple Pay from that app.
If you originally subscribed to ABCmouse Classic, follow the steps here instead: Updating Billing Information: Subscribed via the ABCmouse Classic App.
If you downloaded the ABCmouse app from and App Store and signed up from within the app, your billing information is managed by the App Store you used and you will need to make all billing changes (including cancellation) there. See App Store Billing Support below.
The following instructions for changing payment and billing information apply to ABCmouse subscribers who signed up directly with us and are billed through our systems.

App Store Billing Support
If you don’t see your plan listed under Membership Details, it means your subscription is billed through the device's App Store. You should see a reference to the app store controlling your billing, such as this on for Google Play:
