Some teachers have reported that when logging into ABCmouse, they are unable to see their student profiles when they attempt to change users they are presented with a log in screen. Afterwards, they encounter a yellow page.
Cause:
The exact cause is still under investigation, but it appears to be affecting teacher accounts when switching users.

At this time, affected teachers may try the following steps:
