How to Get Started with ABCmouse
Open the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore, or Samsung Galaxy Store on your device and search for ABCmouse: Kids Learning Game. (The original app is listed as ABCmouse Classic.)

- Download from Apple App Store
- Download via Amazon Appstore
- Download via Samsung Galaxy Store
Once installed:
Tap Get (App Store), Install (Google Play) or Download (Amazon Appstore). When finished, tap Open or select the ABCmouse icon on your home screen.
On the welcome screen, tap the blue Log In button for existing ABCmouse Members.

Enter your ABCmouse Classic email and password. (If needed, use the Account Access tool or reset your password.)
Your child’s profiles will appear. Select or add a profile, then tap Next to continue.
Your child is now ready to explore the ABCmouse home screen!
What Transfers from ABCmouse Classic to ABCmouse
When you log in with your ABCmouse Classic account credentials, the following will carry over automatically:
Email
Password
Child Profiles
Tickets
How to Manage Your Subscription
Depending on when you subscribed to ABCmouse Classic, you may or may not see Manage My Account billing and account management features in the Settings area of the new ABCmouse. If you do see that option, you will be able to make account changes from within the new program.
Account changes include:
Updating or canceling your subscription
Changing your credit card
Updating your email address
”Manage My Account” in ABCmouse vs. ”Parent Section” in ABCmouse Classic
If you see the Manage My Account link you can click to make any account changes.
If you do not see Manage My Account billing and account management features in the Settings area of ABCmouse, you will need to go back to the original ABCmouse Classic website and make any account changes from My Account within the Parent Section.

My Avatar: Lets children create and personalize their learning character.
My Classroom: Full access to subjects like Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, Art & Music, plus Games, Videos, and the Library.
My Learning Path: A guided curriculum that automatically uses your child’s ABCmouse profile settings. Each child starts at “Level 1,” which is tailored to their age and grade level.
Top Icons: Quick links to the Library, Games, Art & Music, and the Theater.
Profiles and Settings: Tap your child’s profile icon to add or edit child profiles, adjust settings, or access Parent Options.
