If you subscribed to ABCmouse through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple. You can follow the cancellation steps below based on your device.
If you signed up directly through ABCmouse using a credit card or PayPal, you can manage your subscription in the ABCmouse app via the Parent Section. Follow the instructions in this article: Cancel Subscription

When Cancelling:
- Be sure to use the Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription. This may be different from the email you use to log into ABCmouse.
- Be sure to use the same device that was originally used to start the subscription.
- If you don't see ABCmouse in Subscriptions, try signing in with a different Apple ID (for example, a family member’s).

Click Sign In (or your name) at the bottom of the sidebar

Sign in if prompted

Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage

Click Account > View My Account

Sign in with your Apple ID

Scroll to the Settings section

Click Cancel Subscription
What Happens After You Cancel

You’ll still have access to ABCmouse until the end of your current billing cycle

You’ll receive a confirmation email

Your Apple account will no longer be charged for ABCmouse after the billing period ends
