What payment methods do you accept?
ABCmouse accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and third-party billing through Apple, Google Play, or Amazon. Depending on your subscription platform, payment options may vary.
We accept the following payment methods:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- American Express
- Discover
- PayPal
- Cash App card
How will charges appear?
Charges for your ABCmouse subscription will either appear on your statement:
- Directly, from Age of Learning. Usually via a credit/debit card or PayPal. We recommend that you register for ABCmouse directly with us to benefit from a discounted subscription price, and then download the app from any app store.
- From an app store provider, such as Apple, Google, or Amazon. This is called third-party billing and typically occurs when you sign up for ABCmouse while downloading our app from the Apple or iTunes App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon App Store.
Do all subscriptions automatically renew?
All subscriptions will auto-renew based on the plan you choose. Most common subscription plans are:
- Annual (billed each year)
- Semi-annual (billed every 6 months)
- Monthly (billed each month)

What is a "CVV code"?
The CVV code is the three-digit security code that is embossed or imprinted on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. On American Express cards, the CVV code is the four-digit code on the front of the card. CVV codes are an extra security measure used to validate online shoppers.
What if I have an international card or a prepaid card?
If you are subscribing to ABCmouse using either of the following:
- A credit or debit card with an international postal code
- A pre-paid gift or debit card
Please enter '12345' as the billing zip code.
Can I use my Cash App card?
We accept the Cash App card as a form of payment by simply entering your virtual debit card number as the payment option.
Please keep in mind, in order to locate accounts created using your Cash App card, we will need the following information:
- The email address you used to sign up with ABCmouse, which can be different than your Cash App sign-in information.
- Your PayPal transaction ID.
- The Cash App debit or credit card used to fund your account.
At this time, we are unable to verify ABCmouse subscriptions based on your Cash App information alone. We apologize for the inconvenience.
