These steps vary depending on your device. Select your platform below to find the right instructions.
📱 Android Devices
To Uninstall:

Tap and hold the ABCmouse app icon.

Tap Uninstall, then confirm.
To Reinstall:

Open the Google Play Store.

Search for ABCmouse.

Tap Install.

Open the app and log in.
🔥 Amazon Fire Tablets
To Uninstall:

Tap and hold the ABCmouse app icon on the Home screen.

Tap Remove from Device or Uninstall App, then confirm.
To Reinstall:

Open the Amazon Appstore.

Search for ABCmouse.

Tap Download or Install.

Open the app and log in.
🔍 Note: ABCmouse is only available for select Fire tablet models. If you don’t see the app in the Appstore, your device may not be supported.

To Reinstall:

Search for ABCmouse.

Once installed, open the app and log in.
💻 Mac or PC Computers
ABCmouse does not require installation for desktops or laptops. You can access your account directly from a browser.
To Log In:

Open a supported web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).

Visit www.ABCmouse.com.

Click Log In and enter your account information.
