Restarting your equipment helps refresh your internet connection, which may reduce loading delays, buffering, or errors.To perform a power cycle:

Turn off your device (phone, tablet, or computer) that you use to access ABCmouse 2.

Skip this step if you are using mobile data on a mobile device.

Unplug your equipment (device, modem, and router) from the power source, if possible.

Wait a few minutes before turning everything back on.

Restart your device and internet equipment, then open the ABCmouse 2 app and try again.
