The ABCmouse 2 app requires an active internet connection to function. At this time, it does not offer an offline mode for lessons, games, videos, or other interactive content. For the best experience, we recommend using a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
What You’ll See If You’re Offline
If your device is not connected to the internet, you may see the following:

In-app message:
"Uh-oh! Looks like there are connectivity issues."
A Reload button will appear so you can try again once your connection is restored. Device pop-up message:
"Mobile Data is turned off. Turn on mobile data or use Wi-Fi to access data."
You can choose Settings to update your connection or OK to dismiss the message.
These messages mean your device is not currently online, and ABCmouse 2 cannot load activities or content until a connection is restored.
Good to Know
ABCmouse 2 does not currently support offline mode.
An offline learning option is planned as a future Premium feature, so stay tuned for updates.
