ABCmouse 2 subscriptions can be purchased either through Apple, Google or directly through ABCmouse 2. If your subscription isn’t in the device's app store records, it may be billed directly by us.
Steps to check:

Open the ABCmouse 2 app.
On the Settings page, select Manage My Account.
You’ll be redirected to the Manage Account page on the ABCmouse website. You'll need to scroll down to view your Membership Details.

From there, select Member Details.

If you see your plan listed as monthly or annual, this means your subscription is managed directly by ABCmouse 2 (outside the App Store). You’ll also see a message like:

If you don’t see your plan listed here, it means your subscription is billed through the device's App Store. If you believe you were billed through Apple or Google but still can’t locate the subscription, contact:
