About the Arkansas Literacy Tutoring Grant Programme
The Arkansas Literacy Tutoring Grant Programme, provided by the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), offers eligible families up to USD 500 to support their child's literacy development.

Age of Learning is an approved vendor for the Arkansas Literacy Tutoring Grant, allowing families to use grant funds to access ABCmouse and other Age of Learning educational products. Parents in Arkansas who qualify for the grant can submit an invoice request to purchase these products through ClassWallet.
How the Grant Programme Works
Eligibility: DESE identifies K–3 students not meeting reading standards and notifies families.
Tutoring: Families select from approved tutors for literacy support.
Invoices: Families can also request invoices to purchase approved educational programmes.
Payment: Once approved, ClassWallet processes payments and Age of Learning provides programme access codes.
How to Purchase ABCmouse with Your Grant
To ensure a smooth reimbursement process, families should follow these steps when submitting an invoice for ABCmouse, Adventure Academy, and/or ReadingIQ:

Request an Invoice
- Use the official Invoice request form to select your programme (ABCmouse, Adventure Academy, ReadingIQ) Choose Programmes, Request Invoice – Families who were notified of their eligibility for the tutoring grant, use this invoice request form to select the programmes and activation lengths (1, 2, or 5 years) and then submit your invoice request. - Receive Invoice, Submit to ClassWallet – Once the invoice is received, families must submit it through ClassWallet for approval.
- DESE Approval – The Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education reviews and approves the invoice within four working days.
- Direct Deposit – After approval, funds are direct deposited into the tutor’s account within 24-36 hours.
- Check Email, Activate Programmes with Codes: Within 24 hours of receiving payment through the grant, Age of Learning Customer Care will email you codes to activate each of the programmes for the length of time that has been pre-paid by the grant.
