When your 30-day free trial for ABCmouse 2 Premium ends, your subscription will automatically continue unless you cancel before the trial expires. If you keep your subscription active, you’ll be billed USD 14.99/month (plus applicable tax) and continue enjoying unlimited Premium access.
If you choose to cancel, your child’s progress and profiles are saved, so you can return and resubscribe at any time without losing data.
How to Cancel to Avoid Charges
Log in to your ABCmouse 2 account.
Go to the Settings page and select Manage My Account.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Once cancelled, your free Premium access will remain available until the trial period ends.
Good to Know
If you don’t cancel, billing begins automatically at the monthly rate.
You can resubscribe later using the same parent account and child profiles.
Progress is always saved, even if you cancel.
