Accessing the Parent Section in the ABCmouse 2 App

The Parent Section in the ABCmouse 2 app is where you can manage account settings, adjust device preferences, create or edit child profiles, and access support tools. Whether you want to upgrade to Premium, customize your child’s learning experience, or contact support, the Parent Section keeps all key options in one place. For security, this area is only accessible after a quick adult verification step.

How to Access the Parent Section

1. 1. From the Home screen, tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
      
      
   2. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
      
      
   3. Enter the year you were born when prompted. 
      • This step ensures only adults can access settings.
      • This information is not stored.
        
        
   4. After verification, you’ll arrive at the Settings page, where you can:
      • Manage your account
      • Adjust device options
      • Add or edit child profiles
      • Access support
      • Share feedback
      • View the app version
      • Log in or out
