You’ll need to cancel your ABCmouse Classic account, not ABCmouse.
Steps to Cancel Directly

Open the ABCmouse app.
- Click on the Avatar/profile icon in the upper-left corner.
- Click on Settings in the lower-left corner (you may be prompted to enter your birth year or password).
- Select Manage My Account.
- Click Cancel Membership at the bottom of your screen and follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
Discover the exclusive benefits you'll miss out on by cancelling. If you still wish to proceed, select Continue to Cancel.
You'll be informed that "Canceling now means you'll lose access to ABCmouse's games, lessons, and activities" If you still wish to proceed, select the hyperlink "Yes, Cancel My Membership"
Your membership is successfully canceled and you'll see confirmation once you finish.
Important Information
- After you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
- Your subscription will not renew once it expires, but you can re-subscribe at any time.
- Cancellation does not issue a refund, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
- If you change your mind, you can reactivate your membership anytime by logging in and resubscribing.
