If you subscribed to ABCmouse directly through the app, you can update your billing information in just a few steps. These instructions apply only if you signed up in the ABCmouse app and are billed through our system (not the original ABCmouse Classic app).
Note: If your ABCmouse account is connected to an original ABCmouse Classic subscription, follow the steps in our Updating Billing Information: Subscribed via the Original ABCmouse App article instead.
How to Update Your Billing Information
Open the ABCmouse app.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Tap Settings in the lower-left corner.
Enter your year of birth for parent verification.

Select Manage My Account.
