ABCmouse offers a left-handed mode for most coloring activities, such as Dot-to-Dots and Paint-By’s, to better support left-handed learners. This setting adjusts the tool placement for easier access and a more comfortable experience. This article explains how to enable the left-handed option and which types of coloring activities support this feature.
We offer a left-handed option for most of our coloring activities, such as:
- Dot-to-Dots
- Paint-By's
- Find Its
- Write & Color
- Simple Coloring
- ...and more!
Applying the left-handed option will only update the way the pencil or paint brush is angled. Please note that the menu bar will not move.
To access the left-handed option, please see the steps below:
- On a coloring activity, select Level Icon or Art Tools.
- A new menu will appear and give you the option to select Left-Handed.
- Click/tap on the Right-Handed tab until it switches to Left-Handed.
- You can now complete the activity using the adjusted left-handed option setting.
