If you’re seeing a Welcome Back page, it usually means your email address is already linked to an existing ABCmouse account.
If the account is active:
- Simply sign in using your existing email address and password. No need to subscribe again.
If the account is inactive (previously canceled):
You have two options:

Resubscribe to reactivate your account and keep all your past progress, or

Create a new account using a different email address.
If you forgot your password:
- Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to reset it.
Don’t remember signing up?
It’s possible that someone else (like a spouse or family member) used your email address to sign up in the past. If that’s the case:

Try signing in with your email address before creating a new account, or

Use a different email address to create your own ABCmouse account
