If you cancel your ABCmouse subscription and later reactivate it using the same email and login, your child’s learning progress, profile, Learning Path, and ticket balance will all be preserved. You can resubscribe at any time without losing saved educational activities or achievements.
How to Reactivate Your Account
You can resubscribe at any time by logging in with your original email and password. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to update your billing information and choose a subscription plan.
How ABCmouse Stores and Retains Information
After cancellation, ABCmouse only retains only data necessary to maintain and improve its services. For example, we may save:

Progress on the Step-by-Step Learning Path

Items earned or purchased

Activity data used to evaluate and enhance the learning experience
We also retain certain information to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Note: Your child's artwork saved in the My Work area will only be stored for six months after cancellation. If the account is not reactivated within that period, the artwork will be permanently deleted.
