Where can we find the items we have earned or purchased?

Items earned or purchased with ABCmouse Tickets can be found in My Room, the Avatar Customization Menu, or the Classroom. Children can use their tickets to decorate their room, change outfits, or buy virtual pets. This article explains where to access purchased rewards.

Whenever an item is purchased for your child's My Room, My Hamster, My Aquarium or My Pet Park feature, they are available to be used from the inventory located on the specific feature's page.

My Room

To access the inventory for My Room, please see the following steps:

1. Select About Me on the student homepage.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the My Room option.
   
   
   
   
3. On the right side of your screen, you'll see your child's My Room inventory. It shows everything they have ever bought or earned for their room, categorized by:
   • New
   • Toys
   • Furniture
   • Walls
   • ...and more!
     
     

How do I place items from the inventory into My Room?

1. Select a category.
   
   
2. Select an item from that category that you want in the Room, and drag it to the desired location.
   
   

My Hamster

To access the inventory for My Hamster, please see the following steps:

1. Select About Me on the Student Homepage.
   
   
   
   
2. Select My Hamster.
   
   
   
   
3. On the right side of your screen, you'll see your child's My Hamster's inventory. It shows everything they have ever bought or earned for their hamsters, categorized by:

   • Tubes
   • Cage

How do I place hamsters or items from the inventory into My Hamster?

1. Select a category.
   
   
   
   
2. Select an item or hamster from the respective category that you want, and drag it to the desired location.

My Aquarium

To access the inventory for My Aquarium, please see the following steps:

1. Select About Me on the Student Homepage.
2. Select the My Aquarium option.
3. Select the Fish Tab, which is an orange and white striped fish located to the right of the screen.

This will bring you to your child's Aquarium Inventory. It shows everything they have ever bought for their fish tank, categorized by:

• Fish
• Rocks
• Tanks
• ...and more!

How do I place fish or items from the inventory into My Aquarium?

1. Select a category.
2. Select an item or fish from the respective category that you want, and drag it to the desired location.

Managing Items

Is it possible to remove an item and place it back into the inventory space?

Yes! For My Room, My Hamster and My Aquarium, please follow the instructions below on how to do so:

1. Click/tap the item you'd like to remove and place back into the inventory.
2. Drag it to the Inventory Tab.

When you are done selecting items, you can click/tap the tab to hide the menu.

My Pet Park

To access the inventory for My Pet Park, please see the following steps:

1. Select About Me on the Student Homepage.
2. Select the My Pet Park option.
3. Select the paw print icon that says More located at the bottom right of the screen.

You can only purchase additional pets here, as everything is already provided for them. Activities that can be done with pets include:

• Feeding and giving them water
• Cleaning them
• Playing with them
• Letting them learn
