ABCmouse 2 is only officially supported in select countries. Currently, the ABCmouse app is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- Mexico
- Australia
- Philippines
- Germany
- Austria
If you are traveling or relocating outside of these supported countries, you may still be able to access your ABCmouse 2 account abroad, as long as certain conditions are met.
To use your account outside of supported regions, make sure that:
- The app is already installed on your device.
- You are logged in before leaving a supported country.
- You have a stable internet connection.
Important to Know
- Do not uninstall the app while outside a supported country.
- Avoid logging out of your account when abroad.
- If you uninstall or log out, you may not be able to reinstall or log back in until you return to a supported region.
