Need to cancel your ABCmouse 2 subscription? If you signed up via an in-app purchase or in the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple, and you must follow their cancellation steps.
App Store (Apple) Cancellation Steps

Go to Settings app > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch/Face ID.

Tap Subscriptions and select ABCmouse 2.

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If you use your ABCmouse account credentials to access ABCmouse 2:
You’ll need to cancel your ABCmouse account, not ABCmouse 2.
Important Information

We cannot access or manage your Apple subscription on your behalf. All cancellations must be completed directly through Apple.

After you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to ABCmouse 2 for the remainder of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Your subscription will not renew once it expires, but you can re-subscribe at any time.

Cancellation does not issue a refund, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated.

Deleting the app and/or your account does not cancel your subscription.
