If you see an ABCmouse 2 charge in your Google Play transaction history but don’t see the subscription in your account, it may be linked to a different Google account. Subscriptions are tied to the Google account used at the time of purchase.
How to Check Your Google Play Subscriptions
Open the Google Play app.
Tap your profile icon (top right), then go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions to see if ABCmouse appears.
If you do not see it, check other devices in your household in case a family member used their Google account for the purchase.
If you still can't find your subscription, contact Google Play Help for billing assistance.
If You Don’t See Your Subscription
Check other Google accounts on your device (switch accounts from the profile icon).
Review other household devices, in case a family member made the purchase with their Google account.
If you still cannot find the subscription, contact Google Play Help for billing assistance.
Good to Know
ABCmouse 2 cannot access or change subscriptions purchased through Google Play. All billing is managed directly by Google.
Make sure you are signed into the same Google account that was used at the time of purchase.
