If you’re trying to cancel your ABCmouse subscription through the Apple App Store but don’t see it listed, it might be linked to a different account or purchased through another method.
Check the Correct Account
Your subscription may be tied to a different Apple ID or Google account—especially if your family uses multiple devices.
To check:

Apple App Store:
Open the Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Look for ABCmouse. -
Google Play Store:
Open the Google Play app > Tap your profile icon > Tap Payments & subscriptions > Tap Subscriptions > Look for ABCmouse.
Also check other devices in your household—another family member may have made the purchase using their Apple ID or Google account.
Review Your Receipt
Find your original subscription receipt. If it lists a different Apple ID or Google account, sign into that account to cancel.
If there’s no receipt from Apple or Google, your subscription may have been purchased through ABCmouse or another provider. Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm who is billing you.
Verify Your Payment Method
If the app store doesn’t show your subscription, try checking directly through ABCmouse:

Sign in to the Parent Section of the ABCmouse app or website.

Go to My Account Settings.

Look under Billing Details to see if ABCmouse is managing your subscription.
If so, you can cancel or update your payment method right from the Parent Section.
