How do I accept a promotional offer as a new subscriber?
If you are a new subscriber to ABCmouse, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the link provided in the the email or advertisement that contains the promotional offer.
- You will be redirected to the Special Offer! and see an Easy Enrollment! area.
- The first dot will say Create your Family Account.
- Enter your Email and confirm it.
- Enter a Password and confirm it.
- The second dot will say Enter Your Payment Information.
- Select your Card or PayPal by pressing the respective option.
- Enter the Cardholders Name, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, Billing Zip/Postal Code and Mobile Number.
- If you selected PayPal, please note after clicking the Submit button below, you will be directed to PayPal’s website. Once you have entered your payment information, you will be automatically re-directed back to ABCmouse.
- Check the box to indicate that you agree to the subscription terms.
How can I apply a promotional offer if I already have an existing account?
Most promotional offers are designed for new subscribers. If you have an existing ABCmouse account, these offers cannot be redeemed directly. However, if you're interested in adjusting your subscription to match a promotional offer, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in exploring options for updating your plan.
Is it possible to accept and apply a promotional offer through a third-party billing provider?
Unfortunately, third-party subscribers are not able to apply a promotional rate to their account, as they are regulated to the rates and promotions offered by Amazon, Apple, or Google Play.
However, they can apply a promotional offer if they subscribe directly through the ABCmouse website. Existing third-party billed subscribers should end their current subscription with the third party first. Once the remainder of your paid billing cycle is over, you can then re-subscribe.
