My child is stuck on The Letter K activity on the Learning Path

We are actively investigating an ABCmouse Learning Path activity issue, as detailed below, that has been reported by some ABCmouse app users. 

• Issue: Some desktop app users have reported that on the ABCmouse Learning Path, The Letter K activity is freezing at the end and will not allow their child to move on to the next activity.
  
  
• Platform: ABCmouse app for desktop
  
  
• Status:  Since the issue is rare and reports are limited, we recommend following these steps to move forward on the Learning Path:

1. 1. Instead of using the ABCmouse desktop app, log in to the ABCmouse website using a desktop or laptop computer. 
   2. Go to the Learning Path area.
   3. Open the activity The Letter K.
   4. Select Play.
   5. Listen to the audio and follow along until "The End".
   6. Press Continue to have this activity completed for your child. You should now be able to resume using the Learning Path on the ABCmouse app.
